A lot to like about how he won three starts back sweeping up to get there in time, a shade cosily at the line; struggled in tougher company the last twice but will find this much easier and looks to have a class-edge on his rivals here.
This won’t take much winning and BUENO BUENO BUENO is a standout for me. He impressed when powering through to win well three starts back and I’m happy to forgive him a couple of bad runs in tougher company since. Ronald Allen should have him nicely settled before looking to pounce late and this race could pan out perfectly. Fort King is probably the main threat as he led them a merry dance over track and trip last time so confident will be riding high. It’s asking a lot to see off the favourite though.

Showed a good attitude to complete the hat-trick here last month before leaving it too late to land a blow over track and trip last time; still looks to be improving and with Luis Saez taking over in the saddle he’s taken to judge the fractions right this time and win.
Edgard Zayas is clearly a talented jockey but I’m not convinced his the best at judging fractions and he definitely left it too late on COMBINATION here last time. He won by a head on him the start before so maybe got a bit complacent. The horse definitely crossed the line with more to give so is a confident selection to put that right under Luis Saez tonight. 7/4 makes plenty of appeal as I have him more an even money shot to be honest. French Quarter ran well in a decent enough race last time, not beaten far, and is a threat.
