Promising filly who looked one to follow when brushing the opposition aside to win here in February; only third last time but still looked to be learning on the job and the blinkers should sharpen her up; the one to beat.
Flashy chestnut filly DUBAWI PRINCESS should take a bit of beating in the Juvenile Plate at Turffontein on Saturday. She has run three highly encouraging races since her debut placing twice and winning here in February. With the promise of more to come she should take a bit of stopping. The blinkers should eek out further improvement and I think she’ll take the beating under Luke Ferraris. Due Diligence is the main danger but needs to bounce back from a below par run when fifth of seven last time. Plenty talented though.

Turffontein 11.55 Immeasurable (9/4)
Shown plenty of promise in four runs to date; not seen for almost a year but caught the eye beaten half a length here before finishing fourth over 7f; could be open to plenty of improvement now and this won’t take much winning.
I think IMMEASURABLE can justify favouritism here. He has only run four times but has shown ability on every start and given plenty of time could improve a chunk now. Obviously fitness is somewhat taken on trust but given his prominence in the market you’d expect him to be pretty forward for this. Sun Ray is the closest danger in the betting but he is making his debut and will have to be fairly useful to win this at the first time of asking. If anything it tells the story of how weak the opposition is here.
