Ralph Beckett has his string in good order at present and AFRAID OF NOTHING looks a good bet to get back on track on Friday. She looked a promising filly winning back-to-back races at Epsom last year and while she found the step up to Listed company too hot on final start in France she can bounce back in calmer waters here and can still improve again. Positive tactics likely to be adopted again and should prove hard to pass. Strict Tempo bumped into Alrajaa last time but that was a good run. Looks the main danger.

Newbury 6.25 Moll Davis (2/1)
Looked to be progressing nicely last season, winning twice; huge eye-catcher on return back from 7 months off the track, denied a run several times eventually finishing fourth; turned out quickly off the same mark and looks sure to go close.
The luckless MOLL DAVIS is our second tracker of the day on Friday. Hayley Turner couldn’t find a gap at Newcastle and had to repeatedly sit and suffer before she eventually saw daylight and rattled home for fourth, nearest finish. She is clearly still improving and looks sure to run a big race here off the same mark. Aweedram isn’t the most straightforward but is clearly talented so would be a danger if channelling that in the right direction. At a bigger price Lunar Jet might hit the frame. Well treated on best.
