Needed the experience on debut before catching the eye in third at Dundalk; improved a chunk to finish second at Roscommon last time and that’s the strongest form on offer; hard to beat with more to come.
This looks a good opportunity for CLASSIFY to open his account. He is really getting the hang of things now and looks well placed to go one better than at Roscommon last time. That looks the best form on offer and with usual improvement will take this out. A Dermot Weld-trained horse in the Abdullah colours is usually well backed so I was pleasantly surprised to see 6/4 available. Surely goes off shorter? Aesop looks the danger. He is up in trip and should improve. Believe Jack is also one to note. Fav should have them covered.

Musselburgh 3.20 Lady Shanawell (15/8)
Talented filly who won two juvenile hurdles last year; ran a big race in a handicap at Pontefract last time, staying on strongly after a troublesome passage; clearly well handicapped in this sphere and will be winning sooner rather than later.
Another case of the race suiting the horse and LADY SHANAWELL won’t get many better opportunities to open her account on the Flat. She is clearly well handicapped off a mark of just 49 and granted a bit more luck in-running should come through strongly late. Imperial Focus was rewarded for his consistency at Redcar last time and looks the biggest danger off a 5lb rise. The market has it between the pair and I can’t look past them. Hopefully the selection gets the job done this time.
