Time Thief colt who outran odds of 9/1 to finish second on debut over 6f here earlier this month; the winner had experience on side so that was a big run; sure to improve now and looks to have an obvious chance of going one better.
There was a lot to like about the way TIME STANDS STILL closed on Karakoram on debut here earlier this month. He is sure to improve and be more streetwise now so has to go close! The drop back in trip could help too as he doesn’t lack speed and may make his move much earlier here. Zuberi is improving too so has to be feared while Amazing Tune has to be thereabouts on recent form. It’s a good opportunity for the selection to make the breakthrough though and he gets a confident vote.

Fairview 3.05 Scented Garden (6/4)
Patchfork filly who made the perfect start winning on debut over C&D in February, bolting up by over 5 lengths at the line; not seen since but bred to be smart and sure to do better; this looks a good opportunity to make it 2-2 before going onto better things.
Hard to look past the unbeaten SCENTED GARDEN here for Alan Greeff. She looked very useful winning on debut and with more to come should have no issue making it 2-2. She lacks the experience of a few here but at the same time is the most unexposed so could have lots more to come. I’ll be disappointed if she doesn’t follow up and she’s a short price to do so. Stablemate Fee Fi Foe Fum is on a hat-trick and can chase her home to give the stable the 1-2. I Ain’t Trippin should fill third spot too back from a long absence.
