Showed plenty of promise when third on debut at Newmarket; improved to open his account at the second time of asking at Yarmouth last month, making all and always doing enough; open to further progress and should have too much.
Dream Of Dreams demolished the opposition yesterday to get our NAP back on track and we’ll be looking to follow up this afternoon. PIRANESI is a half-brother to Group 1 winner Rivet and has scope to keep improving. He made all last time but looked far from the finished article, still learning on the job. He was always doing enough in the closing stages and should know a lot more now. This is tougher but he is on a steep upward curve. Without A Fight impressed at Redcar but just looks to be bumping into one.

Needed the experience when down the field at Newbury on debut; stepped forward markedly from that to open her account at Windsor up to a mile, strong at the finish; good third on handicap debut at Newmarket last time and can keep improving.
I want to keep BAARRIJ on side here for William Haggas and Cieren Fallon. She is unexposed and should have lots more to come especially over this trip. That wasn’t a bad effort on handicap debut and she should be more streetwise now so I’m expecting a big performance. Arctic Fox is back on a potentially lenient mark so has to enter the reckoning but I’ll be surprised if the selection doesn’t improve past her. Time Voyage may emerge as the main threat as she has been running well but didn’t handle Goodwood last time.
