Race 3 Golden Gate Fields 10.53 Amber Louise (4/6)
Smart mare who has won two of her last four; only beaten a length in tougher company last time so obvious chance of getting back to winning ways over a C&D she has been successful over in the past.
A short price for Sunday’s best bet Stateside but that’s with good reason and AMBER LOUISE should regain the winning groove in Race 3 at Golden Gate Fields. She has won two of her last four and couldn’t really be in better form. This is easier than when she finished third and she is likely to be hard to beat. She did a lot of the hard work last time pressing the pace before coming wide and getting reeled in late. This should pan out better for her and that should see her come out on top again. Jupiter S. has solid form in the book and may well emerge as the main threat to the selection.

Race 7 Golden Gate Fields 12.55 Sapori Girl (6/5)
Promising filly who is on the up; won impressively at Del Mar last month and acquitted herself well in defeat when third over a mile at the same venue last time, not beaten far; looks well placed to get back to winning ways here.
We stay at Golden Gate for our second best bet Stateside on Sunday night and SAPORI GIRL looks a standout in Race 7 on the card. I think she is best ridden for luck and when it panned out favourably on her penultimate start she showed what she can do. She ran well last time but had excuses in defeat. If back to her best tonight she will win this. Lucky Stepper was thrashed when last seen on dirt but her turf form prior to that reads well and she is a danger back from a lengthy absence. Odessa continues to knock on the door so is also respected. Usually finds one too good though so is passed over tonight.
