Smart mare who has won her last three and six from her last seven; impressive again over the extended 5f last time and hard to see how she won’t go in again; likes to push forward and gallop rivals into submission.
We head to Finger Lakes tonight for our best bet Stateside and win-machine LUNE LAKE is hard to oppose again. She won by over 4 lengths last time and is getting better if anything. This is tougher again but you’d be foolish to rule out another big effort and she has to be the selection. Obviously 4/6 is on the short-side but the NAP has been in great form lately so we’re hoping to land another winner. Wait A Minute wasn’t so good on turf last time but would be a player on his past form on this surface to has to be respected. Stonesintheroad needs to do more but her win three starts back was a good effort so she should be thereabouts in terms of a place.

Denied just a nose dropped to 5f on turf last time; back on dirt now and up to 6f which should suit; clearly improving and with further gains looks to have a great chance of opening her account.
I thought TRUE FRIEND was a bit unlucky to miss out last time and even still it was a big run in defeat. She lost on the nod and with further improvement to come she should open her account at the fifth time of asking. Mariposa D’Oro is probably the danger as she acquitted herself well in third last time. This is easier so she has to be respected and like the selection won’t mind coming back on dirt. I don’t really see many others posing a big threat but I suppose G’s Mine ran well when beaten a length last time and on that form she should be thereabouts in terms of hitting the frame. Definitely needs more to trouble the favourite though so passed over tonight.
