NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 6 AT KEENELAND ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!
Race 6 Keeneland 8.51 Queen Nekia (4/5)
Smart mare who has won nine races between 6f and a mile and was back to winning ways at Charles Town over 7f when last seen in August; clearly in good form and a strong pace will aid her cause here.
Stateside has been tricky of late so hopefully we can get the NAP back to winning ways as we head to Keeneland on Wednesday night. QUEEN NEKIA won well last time and if she puts in a similar run here that should be enough to see off this bunch. She doesn’t really do anything quickly so hopefully they go a true gallop here and she can close in strongly late. Honey Parade and La Femme Royale will take each other on up top and that should help the selection get settled early before picking them up in the straight. Of the pair it’s the former that I fear most as she looks to be improving and did well to fend them all off last time. She’ll need to step forward again to stop the favourite closing in though.

Race 6 Belterra Park 8.00 Flat Out Appealing (11/8)
Improving filly who showed definite promise when fourth on debut and stepped forward from that to finish third on the turf here last time; should be happier back on dirt now and with more to come can win this weak race.
This lacks strength in depth so it will be disappointing if FLAT OUT APPEALING can’t open her account. She has shown promise in two runs to date and looks to have been found an ideal opportunity to make the breakthrough. Hard to make a case for much in here but as the betting suggests Luna Eclipse is probably just about the biggest danger. She finished second, albeit well held, when last seen on debut but the absence has to be a concern and she may well need the run back from 384 days off the track. G Code has tons of experience to draw on but has failed to win in 24 starts so cannot be suggested as the one to trouble the favourite with that record.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Belterra Park and Keeneland on Wednesday night.
