Race 6 Woodbine 10.06 Finalist (7/4)
Smart gelding by Tonalist; improving all the time and showed a great attitude to hold on back on turf here last time; back in trip and this doesn’t look any tougher so obvious chance of following up under Emma Jayne Wilson again.
The NAP has landed FIVE times from our last seven selections so couldn’t really be in better form right now and we head to Woodbine on Thursday night in search of another winner. FINALIST got his head in front last time and looks ready to go in again. He is back slightly in trip which can help and under relatively positive tactics he should have too much for these again in the stretch. He is improving all the time and can go onto better things on turf. Lucas N’ Lori was behind Doctor Uptown last time but has excuses and may reverse that form. If he does he looks to be the biggest danger to the selection as he has some good form on turf. Hard to see any of the others proving good enough.

Race 7 Delaware Park 9.15 Laughin’ Place (2/1)
Well regarded filly who was thought good enough to run in a $100,000 stakes race here last month; in much calmer waters now and previous form had looked progressive so gets a confident vote to return to winning ways.
There could be lots more to come from LAUGHIN’ PLACE so she is fancied to bounce back. She wasn’t disgraced in a much better race last time but was up against some good horses on that occasion and will find this much more to her liking. Double Fireball should put the pace to the race and that can help the selection settle early before picking them off in the closing stages. Liv And Let Liv looks the danger. She won on debut before struggling in better company last time. She can chase the selection home. My Expensive Gift is strictly held by the selection but should be thereabouts again in terms of a place. Bar those mentioned it lacks strength in depth.

The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Delaware Park and Woodbine on Thursday night.
