Exeter 2.15 Oscars Moonshine (10/11)
Relished the step up in trip when putting rivals to the sword at Hereford last week, winning convincingly; well treated turned out quickly under a 7lb penalty and very much one to keep on the right side.
Looking to get our best bet back to winning ways and we head over jumps on Tuesday. OSCARS MOONSHINE won effortlessly at Hereford last week and this further step up in trip will play to his strengths so he’s fancied to go in again under a 7lb penalty. Paul Nicholls has his horses in great order and the yard saddled another winner in Dr Sanderson yesterday. Max Forte and Escort’namix are likely to take each other on up front here so I can just see Harry Cobden taking a pull tracking them through in third so he’s in the box seat to pounce once the taps are turned on. In terms of a danger it’s probably Talktomenow. He won at Perth last month but has a 10lb rise and needs to find more.

Kempton 8.10 Solar Cycle (2/1)
Pivotal filly who left debut run well behind when beaten just half a length at Windsor last time; like the way she stuck to the task on that occasion and she’s open to further improvement on handicap debut; sure to go close.
If SOLAR CYCLE steps forward as much as she did from her debut run to last time then she will take all the beating here under Oisin Murphy. She is improving fast judging by that effort and looks the one to beat in this field. She looks well treated off a mark of 70 and the extra furlong here is also a notable plus given she did all her best work late on the last day. Alianne was left poorly placed last time and is better than that so has to be feared. I did think Hua Mulan stood out at the bigger prices. This Harbour Watch filly scored at Beverley in August and shaped well at Newcastle last week so could run into a place if building on that again – one to watch. Hopefully the favourite opens her account.

The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Exeter and Kempton on Tuesday.
