THE US NAP (BEST BET) WON LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT FINGER LAKES ON WEDNESDAY!
Race 7 Finger Lakes 8.52 Comfortable Cat (11/10)
Useful mare who returned in sparkling form to win by over 6 lengths over the extended 5f here in August and then followed up by over 5 lengths next start; not in the same form last time but not disgraced; should take the beating.
Even with that defeat last time COMFORTABLE CAT should take a bit of stopping here. She had been in really good form and if she rediscovers that here she will burn these rivals off. She’s at her best when she’s out in front dictating and I think she’ll go forward and look to boss them here. That was a competitive race last time and she was only actually beaten 3 lengths in the end. She needs to bounce back but I’m willing to stick with her. My Girl Annie was only beaten a length when last seen and comes into the reckoning off the back of that form. Dosage And Mimosas was behind the latter last time so has her work cutout to try and reverse those placings.

Race 5 Keeneland 8.18 Intrepid Heart (13/8)
Improving all the time and comes here chasing a hat-trick following two convincing wins; great attitude for the job so with the promise of more to come looks one to keep firmly on side; should prove hard to beat.
The hat-trick seeking INTREPID HEART is expected to take some stopping here. He has been racing in stronger contests than this so should have these covered if stepping forward again. He likes to close from off the pace so hopefully Street To Indy goes a good clip off the front-end and the selection can just track through before proving too strong in the straight. If he gets into a battle I’ll be confident he’ll come away with the prize. Mi Tres Por Ciento needs to show more but is clearly talented so cannot be entirely discounted. Lone Rock may emerge as the main danger as he will find this easier than last time. Jungle Warfare had been in great form but has suffered heavy defeats the last twice.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Keeneland and Finger Lakes on Wednesday night.
