Race 2 Newcastle 2.50 Seduction Queen (11/10)
Improving filly who ran her best race to date when failing by just a head at Kembla Grange last time; she ran on strongly and was getting there with every stride but line came too soon; more to come yet and should win.
The Aussie NAP can do no wrong right now as we landed our fourth winner in a row overnight at Sapphire Coast. We head to Newcastle in the early hours of Tuesday morning as we bid to land a FIVE-TIMER and SEDUCTION QUEEN looks ready to make the breakthrough. She is getting better all the time and the drop back in trip cost her last time. She really picked up well at the finish and narrowly failed to get there in time. Stepping up in trip to 1870m for the first time should see her in her comfort zone and she is as strong fancy to take this out and record her first win. Oakfield Cherokee won comfortably at Grafton last time and while he needs more he has to be respected.

Race 8 Armidale 6.50 The First Of May (6/5)
Smart mare who just looked to need the run when fourth back from 3 months off the track at Scone last time, beaten two and a half lengths; Bullocks takes over and she has more to come especially at this trip.
It’s hard to oppose THE FIRST OF MAY here for Cody Morgan. This mare looks sure to step forward from her reappearance run and if she does she is a danger to all here. She has just one win to her name from eight attempts but is better than that record suggests and is expected to have these covered. It’s not a bad race and Vinaigrette is expected to run well at a bigger price. She hasn’t been seen since winning at Scone in August though and may always be playing second best to the favourite. Feared as the main danger though. Trelise was only seventh on return but stepped forward to finish third last time. Extra fitness brings her into it so she shouldn’t be completely discounted either.
