Best Australian Horse Racing bets in Australia on Sunday morning
NAP LANDED OVERNIGHT! We head to Sale on Sunday morning as we eye up a quick-fire double Down Under. We also landed a Notebook winner at Flemington. Racing tomorrow from Taree, Moruya and Sunshine Coast.
Alongside our best bets we have race-by-race bets below the main bets if you want to know what we fancy on the rest of the cards (just scroll right down to the bottom).

THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) WON ON SATURDAY AND RUNS AT SALE OVERNIGHT!
Race 8 Sale 6.25 Goolagong Rose (5/4)
Promising mare who made a winning start before returning from over a year away from the track to finish a close-up second in town and looks well placed from a good draw to go one better; progressive and lots to like.
A winning NAP overnight so we head into Sunday morning with confidence high. GOOLAGONG ROSE looks a standout in Race 8 at Sale. She is a mare on the up and went very close back from an absence last time. She will strip fitter now and is easily the one to beat in this field. The pace looks genuine too with Moi Choux, Trotsie and Creative Lad all likely to push forward. That can help her settle before picking them off one by one as she goes through the gears late. Gold Spark is a useful type who already has a win to his name so he may well end up emerging as the main danger but I’ll be surprised if the favourite is beaten here as it looks a glaringly obvious chance on paper.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 7 AT TAREE ON SUNDAY!
Race 7 Taree 5.50 Fantastic Baby (11/8)
Likeable type who is getting better as he gains experience and opened his account convincingly at Newcastle last time beating another promising horse in Individualist so the form shock stack-up; probably needs to improve again to win but should do.
We head to Taree on Sunday morning for our second best bet Down Under and the progressive FANTASTIC BABY should go in again. He is firmly on the upgrade now and looks well placed to follow up now tackling a mile. The extra yardage is firmly in his favour and he can get the better of debutant winner Lovetheinvasion who might just be better for the experience. I do think the betting has it right though with these two at the top of the market. Salamangkera is a good looking sort and she will run well in terms of a place and looks nice value. Prince Arlie is also entitled to run well so shouldn’t be entirely discounted. I’ll be surprised if anything else gets involved.
Autralian Daily Double
The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Taree and Sale in the early hours of Sunday morning.
