THE NAP (BEST BET) WON YESTERDAY AND RUNS AT WETHERBY ON TUESDAY!
Wetherby 1.00 Vienna Court (6/4)
Talented mare who did well over hurdles winning twice; shaped with plenty of encouragement on chase debut when third at Bangor; bumped and unseated at Exeter last time; sure to do better and big chance here.
The NAP was back to winning ways yesterday and we head to Wetherby on Tuesday as we look to follow up. VIENNA COURT unseated at Exeter last time but her third at Bangor prior to that was encouraging and she is open to plenty of improvement over fences. This looks a good opportunity for her to quickly get back on track granted a clear round. Lust For Glory was only fourth back chasing at Wincanton last month and while that was a good race with the favourite Messire Des Obeaux beating Protektorat on his next start she was firmly put in her place and she needs to show more in this discipline before I could back her. Pink Legend looks the danger as that Bangor win was a good effort.

Newcastle 5.30 Ummalnar (6/4)
Lightly raced mare who produced a career best slamming a decent yardstick in Surrounding by 6 lengths at Dundalk when last seen, making all the running; unexposed on the AW and potential for further improvement.
It’s hard to look past UMMALNAR at Newcastle on Tuesday evening. This mare brushed aside 13 rivals when last seen running out a dominant winner at Dundalk in November last year. She kept on strongly and was an impressive 6 lengths clear at the line. She can do better still so I expect her to go off a short price against these as she looks to make it 3 wins from her last 5. Vintager returned from a big absence to win over in France on first start for Simon and Ed Crisford and was previously proven at pattern level so looks to be the biggest threat to the favourite. Count Of Amazonia is chasing a hat-trick but this demands more so he has to prove himself at this level before I could back him.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Wetherby (jumps) and Newcastle (AW) on Tuesday.
