NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 6 AT GOLDEN GATE ON FRIDAY NIGHT!
Race 6 Golden Gate 11.29 Okoye (8/11)
Smart filly who was pitched into much better company when running below par last time; had been improving steadily prior to that and given this is notably easier she is a strong fancy to open her account tonight.
The DD landed Stateside last night so hopefully we can continue that form tonight and into the weekend. A shorter price than what we usually go for but OKOYE looks one of the safest bets tonight. She blew out last time but this won’t take much winning and she is a confident selection to bounce back and make the breakthrough. I think she’ll push forward and I don’t see anything able to cope with her gears. Chieftess Aine weakened badly last time but might step forward from that. Even still she has her work cutout to even challenge the favourite. Ardtrea probably best of the rest but she was behind Fictional last time and will need to reverse that form.

Race 5 Gulfstream 8.10 Beeboo (6/4)
Improving colt who looked to need the experience when down the field on debut; stepped forward next start and again shaped well over 7f here last time; back down in trip now which will help and this looks a good opportunity.
It’s hard to look past BEEBOO here as I can see him improving for the step back in trip. He just weakened in the final furlong last time but had showed up well for a long way. I’m guessing they’ll be positive on him again tonight and given he is open to further progress he looks well placed to make the breakthrough at just the fourth attempt. Try Me is one of the main dangers to the selection. He has also had just the 3 starts so is unexposed. He was beaten 4 lengths on second start but finished tired last time so has a bit to prove off the back of that. Berhanu didn’t run badly when fifth last time and also has to be respected off the back of that.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Gulfstream and Golden Gate on Friday night.
