THE US NAP LANDED LAST NIGHT! Racing tonight from Gulfstream, Fair Grounds, Turf Paradise and Charles Town. The Daily Double pays 13/2! Delta Downs is abandoned again due to the weather and Aqueduct are expecting a snow storm so racing has also been abandoned there.

THE US NAP (BEST BET) LANDED LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT FAIR GROUNDS TONIGHT!
Race 7 Fair Grounds 9.54 S Man (13/8)
Improving colt who ran his best race to date when second over a mile here on turf earlier this month; should take another step forward back on dirt now and will be tough to peg back under likely aggressive tactics.
The US NAP was back in the winners enclosure last night so hopefully we can follow up this evening. We head to Fair Grounds on Thursday and S MAN looks the one to be on. This colt improved again to finish second in a better race than this last time and as long as he handles the switch back to dirt he should have too much for these. He will push forward and try to burn them all off. On what we’ve seen Run Far is the only one likely to try and go with him early but he has a bit to find on recent form. Contact Tracing showed promise last time and looks the most likely danger if stepping forward from that again. Citadel should also have more to offer but never got involved last time.

Race 5 Gulfstream 8.11 Miss Mikaela (15/8)
Likeable filly who did well to finish second on return having been bumped at the start; comfortably clear from the rest so the form should stand up; hard to oppose with the promise of more to come now.
We head to Gulfstream tonight for our second best bet Stateside and MISS MIKAELA looks poised to go one better. She should strip fitter from that return run and given this looks a little easier she is a strong fancy to open her account at the fifth time of asking. There are quite a few newcomers lining up and you’d imagine they’d need the run. Jedi Jane is probably the most interesting of them so worth keeping an eye on how she runs and could be one to back next time out. Exaggerated Moment could be the danger here as she showed promise on debut beaten less than 2 lengths and if handling the switch to dirt should run well under positive tactics.

The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Gulfstream and Fair Grounds on Thursday night.
