THE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS ON THE FLAT OVER AT HAYDOCK ON SATURDAY NIGHT!
Haydock 8.20 Gal Wonder (2/1)
Galileo filly who showed plenty of promise beaten just a length on debut at Goodwood and quickly improved to score handsomely at Newmarket last month, asserting in good style; more to come and is hard to oppose here.
I’m looking forward to seeing GAL WONDER out again at Haydock on Saturday night. This well bred filly impressed with the way she settled it at Newmarket last time and with scope to keep improving she looks well placed to follow up and make it 2 wins from 3 starts. Dettori is in the saddle again and he got a good tune out of her last time so that’s a big plus. Mobadra ran well on the AW when last seen but this represents a different test. She’ll need to improve on what we’ve seen to launch a challenge. I probably prefer Evident Beauty as the danger as she was third to the selection last time and that might be the form line to follow. Ocean Wave can do better but might need more time for now.

Doncaster 7.35 Montather (2/1)
Showed a good attitude to get up and lead close home at Chelmsford last month and has a progressive look to his form now; 3 from 4 and capable of better yet so no reason why he won’t take the beating here; keep on side.
Made it 3 wins from 4 starts with a gutsy win at Chelmsford when last seen and I think MONTATHER can strike again at Doncaster tonight! This son of Dubawi remains open to further improvement and he should strip fitter for that last run as it was his first for 345 days. He has a 3lb rise but can do better so I think he’ll have too much for these. Aerion Power was progressing nicely and things just didn’t pan out for him in the Britannia so if you forgive him that he is the obvious threat to the favourite. I think the two mentioned are a little way ahead of the rest but Colony Queen is chasing a hat-trick so also has to be respected but she is up 6lb and in a better race now.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Doncaster and Haydock on Saturday night.
