MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND IS CHASING A HAT-TRICK NOW!
Race 4 Murwillumbah 4.50 Bay Street (best price 6/5)
Improved to get his head in front at Ipswich back in October and done very little wrong in defeat since; finishing second for the third time in a row at Ipswich last time; this easier and should get back to winning ways.
This is quite simple as BAY STREET is comfortably the best horse in this race. The wide draw shouldn’t be too much of an issue as he is fairly versatile and I’m struggling to see him beat. Serenade The Cat is a good looking mare but she has just the 1 win from 13 now and was nearer last than first at Doomben last time so recent form hardly inspiring. Hypertension is even more exposed with just 1 win from 36 attempts so this really does lack strength in depth. Only The Lonely won at Toowoomba on penultimate start before blowing out here last time. If bouncing back he might be the danger but he is only 1 from 17 himself so also far from reassuring. Vancouver River might be best of the rest.

Race 7 Sapphire Coast 6.50 Neidr Dawn (best price 6/4)
Improving with experience and again ran well in defeat when third at Wagga last time; this easier and under likely aggressive tactics again here he might not come back to them this time; worth chancing against these.
Given NEIDR DAWN was only edged out late last time this drop back in trip will help and under positive tactics he should take a bit of catching. This is winnable and he stands out as the most likely winner. Noble Exception has finished third at Queanbeyan the last twice and a similar run here wouldn’t see him far away but vulnerable for win purposes. The Carpet Bagger arrives here with confidence high after winning at Canberra and might be the one to give the favourite most to think about. This is tougher though so he will likely need to improve again. Luckyimwithaimee is unexposed and won at Sapphire Coast on penultimate start but could run well here if managing to bounce back.
