Made no mistake on debut for this yard winning readily over a mile here at the start of the month, justifying strong support; this doesn’t look any tougher so if in the same form should take a lot of beating.
The way WIN WIN POWER won here on New Year’s Day was impressive for the grade and with the drop back down to 7f unlikely to pose any problems he is a confident selection to make it 2-2 for his new yard. This is very winnable and I’ll be surprised if he is beaten. Breezyandbright capitalised on a falling mark to win here 9 days ago and will be the main danger if backing that up. Hachert got within a head of victory at Chelmsford so is another one to note but he doesn’t find winning easy and the likelihood is he will find a couple too good again. Hannah’s Return was in winning form when last seen at Wolverhampton but I think she needs more if she is to follow that up here. Krystal Maze best of the rest.

Kelso 3.00 Just Don’t Know (best price 3/1)
Came into his own this time last year winning well over 2 and a half miles at Leicester before following up over 3 miles in heavy ground at Ayr; shaped well the last twice and looks sure to run a big race.
Most of these come here out of form so I think that makes JUST DON’T KNOW a strong play to come out on top. He has knocked on the door the last twice and despite being 2lb out the weights looks to have plenty going for him. He came into his own this time last year winning twice and this trip should be ideal. Elvis Mail made a winning return but was beaten 13 lengths into sixth at Aintree and needs to bounce back to get involved. First Account could run well and emerge as the main danger. He has won fresh before and wasn’t in bad form when last seen finishing runner-up at Musselburgh. Bavington Bob was out of form wen last seen back in October but it is still relatively early days with him.
