MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON AGAIN AND IS ON A FIVE-TIMER ON WEDNESDAY!
Race 2 Ipswich 4.13 Boogielu (best price 11/8)
Good looking chestnut who has looked progressive in recent starts winning 2 of his last 3 doing it convincingly over C&D last time; 5 from 6 at this trip now and hard to see how he will be caught again here.
Improving sprinter BOOGIELU can win again at Ipswich on Wednesday. He has won 5 from 6 over this distance now and is 1 from 2 at the track. He impressed last time and a similar performance would likely see him come out on top once more. He has a cracking strike rate overall with 5 wins from 11 and is trending the right way. Sequesay is a decent yardstick with 4 wins from 11 and she looks the danger off the back of that second here last time. The Tenor had been running well but blew out at Doomben last time and he is exposed. Needs to bounce back to have a squeak but best watched for me. Liza With A Zee also disappointed last time and she is going to need to bounce back to get involved.

Race 3 Belmont 7.34 King’s Wench (best price 6/4)
Promising mare who took her form up a notch to finally get her head in front at Pinjarra last time; could improve again now the penny has dropped and well placed to follow up; definitely worth chancing.
With that initial win under her belt now KING’S WENCH can kick on and follow up here. She has always looked fairly promising so wasn’t winning out of turn last time. She hit the line with a bit to spare and with scope to improve should have too many gears for this field. Solid Gold won here 3 starts back but then could only finish fourth at Pinjarra. He seemed back to his best when second at Ascot last month though and shouldn’t be underestimated. English Bay is unexposed but finished nearer last than first here when last seen back in the summer so has a bit to prove on reappearance and lacks a run. Secret Deploy also out of form when last seen and might need this run on return.
