LET’S BOUNCE BACK DOWN UNDER! Racing in Australia on Tuesday from Bathurst, Moe and over at Emerald. Overnight Double pays 11/2!

MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 6 AT BATHURST ON TUESDAY MORNING!
Race 6 Bathurst 5.15 Ida’s Rules (best price 11/8)
Promising filly who only went down a length on debut at a big price looking as though she’d improve for the experience; heavily backed last time and got within a head; hard to beat with further improvement a near certainly.
Quite a big field for this but that shouldn’t bother IDA’S RULES and if she improves again then she should have too much for these rivals. She was really well backed last time and I expect to see the same amount of support in the run up to this race as well. Connections have found a good opportunity for her to get off the mark and it will be disappointing if she doesn’t win. Firey Panz continues to knock on the door but she is struggling to win and I can’t see her beating the favourite. Wandering Jack makes his debut and might be a bigger danger but is likely to do better for the experience. Pelham finished last at Newcastle and has enough to prove on his reappearance here.

Race 6 Emerald 6.45 She’s Winning (best price 7/4)
Good looking filly who made it a hat-trick of wins prevailing by a nose at Calliope when last seen a month ago, convincing with how she asserted; dream draw here so looks to have a great chance to bring up the four-timer.
The likeable SHE’S WINNING is doing just that completing a hat-trick last time and given she is unbeaten at this track winning her sole start here she should be able to extend the winning sequence. She has a perfect draw to bounce out and make all the running. Jabali Gold is 0/4 over the trip and is going to need to find his best form to win this you’d think. Phylave is exposed but don’t rule him out as he could be the danger given he has won 6 times and placed 19 times from 76 starts. Try Nations has at least won over this trip and is also a worthy rival. Sethlans has definite place claims but I fear he might be getting going just as the race is over. Yubetido also has a bit to prove on recent form to show up here.
