NAP – My best tip of the day
Chepstow 2.30 Heezer Geezer (best price 13/8)
Promising type who showed a good attitude to get his head in front over hurdles at Hereford last month; goes up in trip again and better is expected as his stamina is drawn out so definitely one to keep on side.
It looks like yet another purple patch for Dan and Harry Skelton and I’m looking forward to seeing HEEZER GEEZER up in trip at Chepstow on Friday. This 6yo did well to open his account in a tight finish at Hereford last month and with the promise of more to come now up in distance he should be able to follow up. There are a couple of nice types in opposition but they might need more time and experience to be seen to best effect. The biggest danger is probably State Of Power who was beaten quite a way here last time but was well backed on that occasion and is obviously open to improvement off the back of it. Well Dick is also respected for Charlie Longsdon having won gamely at Uttoxeter latest.

Meydan 3.45 With The Moonlight (best price 7/4)
Improving filly who won the Pretty Polly at Newmarket last year before winning at Grade 3 level in the US; goes well fresh and likely targeted for this race so big chance to come away with the prize; sure to go well.
In a race where plenty of these have questions to answer WITH THE MOONLIGHT is a strong play. She won the Pretty Polly first time out last year so we know she goes particularly well fresh and she acquitted herself well over in America after. She placed in a Grade 1 at Belmont before reversing form with Mckulick to win a Grade 3 at Saratoga. She is clearly plenty talented and with scope for further progression can come away with the prize. Soft Whisper showed a good attitude to beat White Moonlight a neck here over 7f last month and could be the danger if running to that sort of level again back up to a mile. Wild Beauty was 4 lengths back in fourth the last day but should strip fitter for the run.
