NAP – My best tip of the day
Lingfield 4.10 Movethechains (best price 7/4)
Looked a staying chaser going places rattling off a four-timer at this track last season; seemed to need the run when fifth in the Welsh National on return; should bounce back and make it 5-5 at this course.
I’m looking forward to seeing MOVETHECHAINS back out at Lingfield on Tuesday. This horse was hugely progressive last season winning 4 times over 3 miles here. He was pitched into the Welsh National on reappearance back in December and in hindsight that was quite an ambitious move. He wasn’t disgraced in fifth but just looked to need the outing and back at this track I think he can resume his progress now. He still has tons of potential as a staying chaser and is worth keeping on side. Art Of Illusion won at Ffos Las last month and then was only denied a neck at Plumpton last time. He is in good form and looks the obvious danger to the selection.

Newcastle 7.30 Colors Of Freedom (best price 5/2)
Good looking filly who continued her race-by-race progression to complete a four-timer at Lingfield last month; only up 2lb and should still improve again given she is unexposed so must have leading claims.
This is definitely tougher company but COLORS OF FREEDOM just keeps winning and up just 2lb I think she is hard to oppose once more. She kept finding more at Lingfield and she is worth chancing again despite going up in grade. Sugar Hill Babe has run well all season finishing second on the last four occasions. She is off the same mark and dropped into an easier race so should be the danger. Shine Honey Shine won on penultimate start at Southwell but failed to back that up last time. She moves into handicaps now though and is obviously unexposed so definitely not one to rule out although I do think she needs more. Statu Of Liberty more exposed and is up against it.
