Promising colt who created a big impression bolting up by over 6 lengths on debut over this trip last month; sure to come on from that initial experience and could go on to bigger and better things in time.
I was really taken with that debut win from SQUIRE CREEK at Fair Grounds and with natural improvement he should take a lot of beating here. He won despite looking far from the finished article and definitely falls into the 'could be anything' category. He will bounce out and may not even see another rival. Gilcrease won on debut by 2 lengths and finished strongly when second last time. If he improves again he could be the danger but the favourite might be away and gone by then. Blue Light impressed on debut but this looks tougher and he might just be bumping into one in the shape of the selection.
Improving fast judging by the way she made the breakthrough over C&D when last seen back in January and if she progresses again which she should she will be a danger to all as she looks quite promising.
I'm looking forward to seeing EXPAND THE MAP out again as I was with her last time and she really hit the line hard. She can improve again and looks well placed to follow up. She should get a good pace to track through and is comfortably the most likely winner here. Veronica Greene won on penultimate start but was beaten last time and will only be a danger if she can fire fresh. Candle prevailed by a nose on final start last campaign but was beaten when last seen and needs to get back to her best to feature. Caironi is more exposed but could still be capable of better though this does look a hot race.
