MY AUSTRALIAN NAP RUNS IN RACE 4 AT ROCKHAMPTON ON THURSDAY!
Race 4 Rockhampton 5.12 Kasinova Kid (best price 6/5)
Promising type who has won 3 of his last 4 and didn’t do a lot wrong when a close second over further here last month; this looks easier and back down in trip he should take a lot of beating.
The speedy KASINOVA KID looks set to get back to winning ways at Rockhampton on Thursday. He is thriving right now with 3 wins from his last 4 and with further improvement to come after just 13 career starts he makes plenty of appeal. The danger is probably Captain Fox who is chasing a hat-trick. He is more exposed but also looks at the top of his game right now. Tru Blu Tango has won 9 times and is a very solid yardstick so he is another one that should get competitive in a decent race.

Race 6 Kyneton 6.30 Celestial Harbour (best price 11/8)
Improving filly who impressed opening her account at Bendigo on just her second start and not done much wrong in defeat twice since; this easier and with more to come she is the one to beat.
A big field for this but even so it looks a great opportunity for the improving CELESTIAL HARBOUR to get back in the winners enclosure. She is unexposed and didn’t shape badly in defeat when third at Sale last time. She will go on improving for a while yet and is comfortably the one to beat. Kung Fu Fighting looked promising initially but finished last at Balaklava last time and has a bit to prove on return. Sutadamu won last time at Warracknabeal but this is definitely a bit tougher.
